We do not do layaway and we do not do holds.
If an item arrives to you badly damaged as a result of being incorrectly packaged, please feel free to send it back to us for a refund. Once we recieve the item and assess the damage, we will send your refund. Please note there are exceptions to this, and we cannot accept returns on custom work for any reason.
Most items will be sent First Class mail. Shipping for First Class mail will vary depending on your zipcode, so if you would like a shipping quote, please tell us that, and we'll get right back to you! Priority mail is also available, as well as media mail. If you want another form of shipping, please ask! Insurance is optional, so remember to ask for it if you want it. We ship internationally via Global Priority mail only.
